    Let’s walk, talk, and make wellness a part of the conference journey.
  • Join us for a complimentary Wellness Walk on Tuesday, April 28 | 7–8 AM along Toronto’s stunning Lakeshore (weather permitting).  Get moving, meet fellow delegates, and enjoy a 3–4K group walk to start your day with energy and intention. 

     

    Open to all registered delegates – spots are limited, so sign up today!

    Meet in the hotel lobby (near main entrance) at 7am sharp.

    Check the weather forecast prior to be sure you are dressed appropriately.

    Please be sure to bring water or your favorite beverage, as this will not be provided.

    Although this is schedule for an hour, you are not obligated to do so.  Just enjoy yourself and the Toronto scenery.
