  • LADDERS SUMMIT

    The Ladders Summit is an in-person annual event exclusive to Ladders members. It’s the culmination and focal point of the season and features personal and professional education sessions, networking events and presentations from the Final Four teams. Though registration for Summit is complimentary (meals during Summit are also included with the complimentary registration), individual members are responsible for their T&E. It is typically held in May over the course of three days (opening with a half day of content, followed by one full day of content and networking, and closing the next and last day with an annual give-back event in the local community). The dates and location for the May 2027 Summit have not yet been determined, but will be finalized in the coming months.

    Practice Panels Coordinates structured practice sessions mid-season, where teams present to industry experts and receive timely, actionable feedback to strengthen their final presentations.

    Alumni Advisor Committee Supports our connected Alumni Advisor community by fostering networking, sharing best practices, and providing proactive support and visibility opportunities every month.

    Events Plans and delivers high-impact in-person events that drive engagement, support recruitment, and expand regional program presence.

    Social Media Drives awareness and engagement through social media, promotions, and storytelling that amplify program milestones and key activities.

    Historian Captures and preserves the story of GBTA Ladders by documenting milestones, events, and member impact.

    Education & Professional Development Designs and delivers impactful learning experiences through webinars and summit sessions that build industry knowledge, skills, and engagement.

    Global Engagement Ambassadors Drives global engagement by leading virtual sessions across APAC and EU, strengthening connection and alignment across regional teams.

    Final Panels Organizes and executes final presentation panels by working with Ladders Leadership team to secure judges, ensuring alignment to program objectives, and delivering a polished, high-quality evaluation experience.
