The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Online Booking Tool (OBT) Guideline was developed to provide new and insightful questions which companies should evaluate in considering OBT alternatives.  It was prepared by the GBTA GLP 2022-2023 Cohort as a project deliverable.  GBTA members are encouraged to provide continuous feedback on the document to the GBTA Technology Committee through this form, or through the GBTA Technology LinkedIn Page (https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/gbta-technology-committee/).

    Please use this form to reccomend questions/revisions to this guideline. The GBTA Technology Committee will aggregate the feedback on a quarterly basis, conduct a cross-functional review of the recommendations, and then make edits to the guideline where applicable.
